In the event you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you may return it to us in its original, unworn, undamaged condition, for an exchange within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for goods purchased. *Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for sale items.
The shoes must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition within 10 days of purchase. Please note that shoe box is part of the item and must be returned to us undamaged. CityKids Shoes reserves the right not to accept any returned items that are worn or damaged. Exchanges are subjected to stock availability. We do not refund the delivery fee, if any.
At CityKids Shoes, we check every shoe for every order to make sure that they have no defects before we send them out to our customers. In case you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately. We will review each case accordingly.
All exchanges are done in our retail store Hopla! Kids Shoe Shop at 501, Bukit Timah Road, Cluny Court #02-23. For exchanges, customers can choose to exchange for a different model, size or colour, depending on stock availability.
You can drop us an email with the product details and reason for exchangeand we will attend to your issue asap. Or bring the shoes and your child and just come down to our shop to have a shoe fitting!
