The following size chart acts only as a guide to find your closest shoe size. We have included room for proper foot growth in our sizes, please select the size closest to your child's measurement. Call us on our customer service number at 6717 4811 if you need further help on the sizing or fit.

For Local Singapore Deliveries

We offer three delivery options to our customers: Standard Delivery, Courier Delivery and Store Pickup.

Free Standard Delivery for all orders over S$80

Standard delivery is available for all orders in Singapore at a rate of S$4 per delivery. For orders over S$80, delivery is free of charge. We offer standard delivery through Singpost Registered Mail with a tracking number. Deliveries made by Singpost Registered Mail are within 2-5 working days. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. There are no time-slot options for registered mail.

Courier Delivery

For courier delivery, we offer a flat fee of $10. Our courier deliveries are made within 1-2 working days through Speedpost. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Store Pickup

Store pickup option is available free of charge for all our customers in Singapore. Your order will usually be available for collection on the following day. Please bring a goverment issued ID and the order number for verification.

For International Deliveries

We deliver overseas via Singpost Registered Mail with a tracking number. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Please note that delivery fee does not include any local taxes or duties.

Exchanges

All exchanges are done in our retail store Hopla! Kids Shoe Shop at 501, Bukit Timah Road, Cluny Court #02-23. For exchanges, customers can choose to exchange for a different model, size or colour, depending on stock availability.

You can drop us an email with the product details and reason for exchange and we will attend to your issue asap. Or bring the shoes and your child and just come down to our shop to have a shoe fitting!
