Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

You are not required to create an account in order to make a purchase. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made easier for yourself:

· keeping track of your order's delivery status

· changing or canceling the order

· making future purchases

How do I pay for my order?

You can use all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayNow QR code payment or Paypal to make a payment.

Is my payment information secure with you?

For your maximum security, we do not store any payment information with us. All payment processing is done securely by our payment processor. In addition, we use SSL to encrypt all data exchanged between you and our
server.

I would like to exchange an item. How can I do it?

All exchanges are done in our retail stores:

1. Hopla! Kids Shoes @ Cluny Court, 501, Bukit Timah Road, Cluny Court #02-23

2. Hopla! Kids Shoes @ United Square, 101 Thomson Rd, #01-57

3. Hopla! Kids Shoes @ i12 Katong, 112 East Coast Road, #02-19(03),

Exchange for Native shoes are only done in our United Square and i12 Katong stores. For exchanges, customers can choose to exchange for a different model, size or colour, depending on stock availability. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular size, style or color will be available at the time of exchange. You can send us a Whatsapp message to 67174811 before visiting to confirm we have your desired model in store. No exchange on sale items.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds.

Which shipping providers do you use?

Our primary delivery partner is NinjaVan. Occasionally we will send some orders using Singpost.

How much does the delivery cost within Singapore?

For orders under S$69 delivery rate is only S$3.50. For orders over S$69 courier delivery is free of charge.
Delivery fee is non-refundable.

How long it will take to receive my order?

Normally you should receive your order within 2 - 5 working days. We do
not send orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please note that ordering around busy public holidays such as Christmas or Chinese New Year may delay your order.

What if I'm not at home during the delivery?

Our courier service will make three attempts to make a delivery. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, you order will be returned to us. After we receive the parcel, your product will only be available for self-collection in one of our retail outlets.

Why is my order delayed?

Placing your order around busy public holidays such as Christmas or Chinese New Year may delay your order. This is due to factors beyond our control.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, at the moment we do not deliver overseas.

Can I wash my leather shoes?

Leather shoes or sandals are not washable. Please read our article on How To Care For Leather Shoes.

Do your shoes contain pigskin leather?

Yes, some of our shoes have pigskin leather inner lining and/or insole
cover. Please refer to individual product information. Pigskin leather is commonly used as inner lining in shoes because of its breathability, softness, flexibility and durability.
Brands that do not use any pigskin: Pablosky, Bibi, Keen, Cienta, Victoria, Native Shoes.
