Shipping & Delivery
For local Singapore deliveries, we offer the following options to our customers: Courier Delivery (free for orders over S$49) and Store Pickup.Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We only ship on working days. Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- Normally delivery takes about 2-3 working days. There may be a slight delay during April as our logistics partner is experiencing high volume of deliveries.
- Placing your order around busy public holidays such as Christmas or Chinese New Year may cause a delay to your order. This is due to busy schedules of our shipping partners.
How much is shipping?
For Singapore orders under S$49 delivery rate is S$5 and for orders over S$49 standard delivery is free of charge. We do not ship overseas.
Can I track my order?
Once we ship your item, you will receive the tracking code which will allow you to track your order. Our shipping partner may send you SMS/email with status updates as well. If no one is available at your address during the delivery, our courier service will make three attempts to make a delivery. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, you order will be returned to us. After we receive the parcel, your product will only be available for self-collection in one of our retail outlets.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are sent from our office in Singapore.
