NEW: Free courier delivery in Singapore on all orders over $69!

For local Singapore deliveries, we offer the following options to our customers: Courier Delivery (free for orders over S$69) and Store Pickup (currently not available).

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We only ship on working days. Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • Normally delivery takes about 2-5 working days.
  • Placing your order around busy public holidays such as Christmas or Chinese New Year may cause a delay to your order. This is due to busy schedules of our shipping partners.

  1. How much is shipping?

    For Singapore orders under S$69 delivery rate is only S$3.50 and for orders over S$69 standard delivery is free of charge. Delivery fee is non-refundable. We do not ship overseas.

  2. Can I track my order?

    Once we ship your item, you will receive the tracking code which will allow you to track your order. Our shipping partner may send you SMS/email with status updates as well. If no one is available at your address during the delivery, our courier service will make three attempts to make a delivery. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, you order will be returned to us. After we receive the parcel, your product will only be available for self-collection in one of our retail outlets.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    All orders are sent from our office in Singapore.

Store Pickup (currently not available) Store pickup is not available at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience. Store pickup option is available free of charge for all our customers in Singapore. Your order will usually be available for collection on the following day. Please bring a goverment issued ID and the order number for verification. Address for store pickup:
