For local Singapore deliveries, we offer the following options to our customers: Courier Delivery and Store Pickup.

Standard Delivery

For Singapore orders under S$79 delivery rate is only S$3.90
and for orders over S$79 courier delivery is free of charge. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

A few things to consider while you wait for your order:

- We only ship on working days. Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.

- Normally delivery takes about 2-5 working days. Placing your order around busy public holidays such as Christmas or Chinese New Year may cause a delay to your order. This is due to busy schedules of our shipping partners.

Store pickup option is available free of charge for all our customers in Singapore. Your order will usually be available for collection within 24 hours. Please bring a government issued ID and the order number for verification.

International shipping
We ship to the following countries:

  • Malaysia. 35 MYR, courier delivery, lead time 10 days 

Exchange Information

Exchanges are done within ten days in any of our retail stores, subject to availability. Please bring the receipt and the original shoe box.
